       Our Press Brake can bend metal at various radii up to 12’ long and 3/4” thick. Complex bends, stiffening ridges or custom fabrication options available.

  CNC Water Jet

  Capable of cutting any 2d design in almost any material. Stainless, phenolic, glass, plastic, stone, etc.

  
  

       The shop is equipped with a CNC Water Jet. We can accurately cut out anything. We have done projects ranging from mechanical parts to tapestries, countertops, custom signs and wedding decorations.

  1/2" X 12 Ft. Shear & Cutting Equipment

  No matter the job, we can cut it.

  
  

       If you need metal sheared or cut bring it in or call us out. The shop is also equipped with multiple saws, plasma cutters, and portable carbon air-arc equipment which can pierce and cut metal over 1-foot thick.

       Our lathe and mill experts can handle medium sized parts and complex shapes. Our experienced professionals can quickly and accurately tap threads, mill surfaces and machine most materials to spec.

  Need to roll sheet, plate, flat or tubing? We’ve got the solution.

  
  

       Sheet rollers can handle material up to 6’ wide and ½” thick. The tubing rollers can bend an arc in square or round tubing up to 2.5” in diameter.
